Owner Mandie Au opened The Wax Room in 2018. She has been a qualified esthetician since 2008. Her love for all things skin care intensified after she graduated from Makana Esthetics Wellness Academy. In 2012, she started waxing exclusively at one of Hawaii’s top waxing salons, where she received in-depth training with a focus on body treatments and Brazilian brow waxing.
